P-Physical Therapist

Position: P-Physical Therapist

Salary: Up to $63/hr

Schedule: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday

Location: Mobile Outpatient Therapy 25 minutes around Framingham

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Mobile Outpatient Therapy. As a P-Physical Therapist you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in a mobile setting allowing you to bring your expertise and services directly to their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility strength and function

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress

- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

Requirements:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Valid state Physical Therapist license

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes

We offer a competitive salary of up to $63/hr and a flexible schedule of 35 hours per week Monday-Friday. There is no weekend rotation allowing for a good work-life balance. Our mobile outpatient therapy model also allows for a change of scenery and the opportunity to work in different environments.
