What We Expect of You

• Valid Australian Working Rights is essential
• Previous experience in hotel front office or sales roles is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience with OPERA hotel PMS is advantageous
• A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence
• A genuine passion for creating standout guest experiences and consistently going above and beyond
• Keen to take on new challenges and grow within your career

A Glance at What You Will Do

• Process all reservation requests changes and cancellations with clear understanding of policies and compliance with brand standards
• Apply upselling and personalised sales techniques while identifying guest requirements to maximise room revenue suggest alternatives and promote property amenities and offers
• Accurately input and manage reservation data including: special codes loyalty details confirmation numbers and documentation of guest preferences
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues verbal and written
• Bring our Whatever/Whenever brand culture to life with every warm guest interaction
