Job Position: Account Assistant Manager/Manager
Salary Up To RM17K
Location: Kulai Johor
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee full set of accounts including management reporting and cash flow management.
- Lead and manage the account team to ensure smooth daily accounting operations and timely financial reporting.
- Develop monitor and control annual budgets cash flow forecasts and financial performance to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
- Strengthen and improve financial systems policies and internal controls to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in Accounts/Finance with strong exposure to group-level accounting.
- Attention to detail analytical proactive and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels and motivate team members.
