Property Marketing Specialist Full Time (Caesars Palace LV)

The Property Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing strategy for all hospitality activations including but not limited to hotel entertainment food & beverage and citywide activations. This position requires a productive and driven individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on a consistent basis for all of Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas properties.

• Work closely with Marketing Director on citywide projects including large focus on digital efforts across email website and digital signage.
• Extensive project management with multiple clients and tight deadlines.
• Assist managers with execution of entertainment marketing projects across the city.
• Thinks operationally about factors such as pricing quality marketing price/value perceptions and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property operations teams to deliver marketing support
• Support the process of design production and implementation of property marketing collateral across multiple mediums.
• Create Q/A and approve citywide hospitality marketing email campaigns and recap results for property management.
• Work with vendors to assist in delivery and installations
• Audit property marketing signage and update as needed
• Order marketing signage
• Assist with website updates
• Assist with creative and menu updates
• Assist with updating and auditing digital signage
• Help coordinate activations including installation and auditing
• Maintain and manage property marketing matrixes
• Excellent interpersonal customer service communication team building and problem- solving skills are required.

• College degree in Marketing or related field required Hospitality or Restaurant Marketing experience preferred.
• At least two years of advertising or marketing experience preferred; Graphic Design experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of graphic design strongly preferred
• Extensive project management experience managing multiple clients and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Windows MS Word Excel Video/Digital software and Adobe programs including Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to move throughout Casino/Hotel areas and special event locations during the entire shift including standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions including walking between multiple properties to deliver items and exposure to extreme heat humidity secondhand smoke dust loud noise and bright lights.
• Ability to bend stoop crouch kneel twist balance work at a desk and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to respond appropriately to visual and aural cues.
