Join a high-volume cannabis cultivation facility in Lake Elsinore as a Cannabis Cultivator. Youll help care for plants through all growth stages in a fast-paced production-driven environment.

Full-time Fast-paced cultivation environment
Two professional references from a supervisor role or higher required at interview

What Youll Do

Plant pot water and feed cannabis plants
Prune train and maintain plant health
Clean and sanitize grow rooms
Assist with harvest and room setup
Support cultivation and R&D projects

Requirements

21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
General agriculture experience preferred
Cannabis cultivation experience a plus (not required)
Ability to perform repetitive physical work for long periods
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended shifts
