Job Summary

- 9 Day Fortnight
- Permanent Full time role

This exciting new position is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. This includes developing new strategies to ensure each customers experience is professional efficient and at the highest standard. The position also responsible for Service NSW Agency in compliance with relevant management plans and legislative requirements.
Ideally the successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in customer service and organisational skills with an eye for detail. Experience with record management is preferred but not essential. Qualifications in Business Administration Records Management or equivalent will be highly regarded. This position would be suitable for those with extensive practical experience.
