| Job Description: | The University of Florida College of Medicine Office of Graduate Education invites nominations and applications for the position of Assistant Dean for Postdoctoral Affairs. This is a 0.20 FTE administrative appointment reporting directly to the Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Education. The anticipated start date is on or after July 1 2026. The Assistant Dean for Postdoctoral Affairs will serve as a key member of the Office of Graduate Education leadership team. The successful candidate will assist in developing coordinating and implementing a strategic vision that supports the Colleges goals related to postdoctoral affairs and enhances the academic and professional experience of postdoctoral scholars as well as coordinating advertising and recruiting of postdocs to UF COM.
