Were hiring a Dental Hygienist in Winter Haven Florida who wants strong earning potential and a consistent three-day work week. Youll step into an outpatient private practice role focused on providing comprehensive dental hygiene care and patient education in a patient-centered environment. Youll see 78 patients per day collaborate closely with the Lead Dentist and help maintain high standards of care. No weekends. No major holidays.

You are a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Florida (or able to obtain licensure)
You hold a degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Youre comfortable providing comprehensive hygiene treatment and education

Compensation & Benefits
30% of production or hourly pay (whichever is greater)
