OTR Responsibilities:
Complete evaluations assessing residents functional cognitive and physical abilities
Develop and implement individualized goal-driven treatment plans
Provide OT interventions focused on ADLs self-care upper extremity strength and functional mobility
Educate residents families and staff on therapy goals and strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain timely and accurate documentation per regulatory standards
Promote a safe encouraging therapeutic environment that supports resident independence
