OTR Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluations assessing residents functional cognitive and physical abilities

• Develop and implement individualized goal-driven treatment plans

• Provide OT interventions focused on ADLs self-care upper extremity strength and functional mobility

• Educate residents families and staff on therapy goals and strategies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per regulatory standards

• Promote a safe encouraging therapeutic environment that supports resident independence

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
