Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Establish and scale end-to-end execution framework documentation standardize processes across regions and create operational playbooks for global deployment
Lead coordination with third-party testing laboratories and provide strategic guidance to planning team on testing methodologies and laboratory capabilities
Own remediation from test result receipt through resolution including rapid response to failed tests corrective action implementation and systemic issue resolution
Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams on operational execution and framework implementation across multiple workstreams
Establish metrics reporting frameworks track remediation outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and trend analysis
About the team
This role is critical to establishing and scaling our surveillance strategy coordinating with testing laboratories and ensuring rapid effective response to safety risks that protect customers globally.
- Bachelors degree or above in Engineering (any domain) Operations Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience delivering results for large cross-functional initiatives/projects
- Experience managing multiple projects prioritizing planning and managing time
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions
- Experience with laboratory testing processes testing methodologies or quality control procedures
- Experience in retail project management supply chain inventory management sourcing finance and/or consulting
- Experience using Lean Process Improvement Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes forecasting planning optimization and logistics
- Background working with third-party testing laboratories or expertise in testing protocols (microbiological chemical molecular)
- Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and drive adoption of new processes across diverse stakeholder groups
