Assistant Head Sixth Form
Job Summary
We are seeking an outstanding Head of Sixth Form with the relational intellectual and pastoral skills to lead a thriving Sixth Form within our wider school community. With around 330 students in a school of 1050 including a significant number joining at 16 the Sixth Form offers a dynamic and inclusive environment supported by excellent facilities. The successful candidate will champion a strong pastoral culture ensuring every student feels known valued and fully integrated while promoting high academic ambition through a broad programme of A levels a bespoke Diploma and independent research. Alongside a rich co-curricular offering the role will be central to shaping the future of the Sixth Form as the school grows including expansion towards 400 students and the development of a new Sixth Form centre playing a key part in delivering a clear and compelling vision within an evolving co-educational setting.
