A little bit about what youll be doing...

As Club Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of the club leading from the front and setting the standard across all areas of the business.

You will manage motivate and develop your team creating a high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional member experiences.

Driving sales and hitting targets will be a key part of your role. Youll oversee membership growth lead generation and retention strategies ensuring the club consistently achieves its KPIs.

Youll take ownership of marketing initiatives from social media campaigns to local community outreach building strong relationships and increasing brand presence in the area.

Operational excellence will also sit with youensuring the club is always running smoothly safely and to the highest standards.

Above all youll create an engaging welcoming environment where members feel part of a community and are supported in achieving their fitness goals.

Youll be a confident and driven leader with a passion for fitness and people.

You must hold a Level 3 qualification and have management experience either within the fitness industry or in a sales-driven environment.

Youll be commercially minded target-focused and comfortable driving revenue through both your team and your own actions.

Strong communication skills are essentialyoull be the face of the club building relationships with members staff and the local community.

Youll bring energy positivity and a hands-on approach always leading by example.
