Description:

4. What does the team make-up look like Team is made up of 90 project managers from junior level to very senior level project managers supporting the entire Optum Rx business the PBM all the pharmacies (Home Delivery Specialty Genoa Pharmscript etc.)

What skills/attributes are a must have (Please be detailed as to number of years of experience) 3-5 years project management experience or similar experience Experience in successfully managing major projects with at least one implementation in a non-IS business function Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely Strong time management organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and Able to direct project outcome based on long term business objectives

7. What skills/attributes are nice to have Experience working in a matrixed organization Familiarity with Optum Rx and Optum Rxs products & services Healthcare PBM or pharmacy experience Experience with Smartsheets
