The Role:

The Senior Change Management Consultant will serve as a strategic partner to our clients Enterprise PMO and senior leadership leading the organizational change management (OCM) strategy and execution required to support a large-scale enterprise transformation. This includes — but is not limited to — the adoption of AI-enabled tools and processes operating model redesign workforce capability building and cross-functional program alignment.

This is a highly visible high-impact role that requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work directly with C-suite stakeholders program sponsors and delivery teams to ensure that transformation initiatives are adopted and embedded within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the enterprise-wide change management strategy aligned to our clients transformation roadmap and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with Enterprise PMO and executive sponsors to define change readiness criteria adoption milestones and success metrics.
  • Assess organizational change capacity and develop phased change plans that account for initiative complexity interdependencies and stakeholder risk.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on change leadership practices transformation risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead change management planning and execution for the adoption of AI-enabled tools platforms and workflows across enterprise functions.
  • Develop role-specific change impact analyses and transition plans for teams affected by AI-driven process changes.
  • Collaborate with technology operations and HR leaders to ensure AI adoption initiatives are human-centered responsibly implemented and aligned to workforce strategy.
  • Monitor AI adoption health metrics and continuously iterate change approaches based on data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Design and execute multi-channel stakeholder engagement plans that build awareness understanding and commitment to change initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive alignment sessions working groups and change readiness workshops.
  • Identify learning gaps and design training strategies that build change capability across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with HR and L&D to develop training materials e-learning modules job aids and coaching guides that support effective transitions.
  • Embed sustainable change management practices within the Enterprise PMO and build internal OCM capability over time.
  • Integrate OCM workstreams into existing PMO governance structures project plans and program reporting cadences.
  • Define change management deliverables timelines and resource needs within the portfolio planning process.
  • Track and report on change adoption KPIs resistance indicators and benefits realization metrics to program leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the maturation of our clients enterprise PMO methodology by embedding change management standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of progressive change management experience with a minimum of 5 years leading OCM at the enterprise level.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management for AI digital transformation or advanced technology adoption initiatives within a large complex organization.
  • Deep expertise in established change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR Kotter McKinsey or similar frameworks).
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (PCCP) or equivalent professional certification required.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable adoption outcomes on enterprise-scale programs spanning multiple business units geographies or functions.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills — ability to engage influence and align C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working within or alongside an Enterprise PMO expertise in program governance portfolio management and waterfall/agile delivery models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design change measurement frameworks interpret adoption data and adapt strategy in real time.
  • Bachelors degree in organizational development Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a cybersecurity technology or professional services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g. Claude Glean or similar tools).
  • PMP certification demonstrating familiarity with project and program management standards.
  • Experience in management consulting with a top-tier firm in a transformation or OCM capacity.
  • Familiarity with workforce transformation strategies including role redesign reskilling programs and human-AI collaboration models.
  • Experience designing and deploying change management approaches in distributed remote-first or hybrid workforce environments.

Compensation: Base Salary $165k $180K per this role you will participate in an annual discretionary bonus aligned to company performance and the achievement of key business and operational objectives. Actual compensation will depend upon an individuals skills experience qualifications location and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
