A Day in the Life

The goal of the internship is to learn how to manage sales processes in a professional and structured way by supporting lead generation customer interactions market research CRM activities and working closely with the Sales team. Your contributions will make a real impact!

Internship details

Start Date: June 2026

Location: Warsaw Poland

Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)

Working Time: 30 hours per week (with flexibility)

Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Supporting the identification and prospecting of new leads

Assisting with customer interactions via email and phone

Helping with basic market research and competitor analysis

Supporting the preparation of sales reports documentation and CRM updates

Assisting with database management and client onboarding activities

Participating in team meetings and supporting sales initiatives

Working closely with the Sales team and Sales Leaders in daily activities

Management

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Marketing Management Business Administration or related fields

Fluency in Polish and English

Very good knowledge of MS office (Power Point Excel Word Outlook)

Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in sales combined with strong communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented well-organized and able to prioritize tasks while managing multiple activities

Curious adaptable and a friendly team player willing to work in an international environment
