As a Security Officer Patrol Coverage in Olive Branch MS you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support daily operations through strong communication and customer our agile reliable and innovative culture you will put people first work as a team and act with integrity while making a meaningful impact each shift.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings operational areas parking areas and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as directed by site policies and document security-related concerns for follow-up.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel assisting with routine inquiries and completing logs and reports related to patrols incidents and/or observed conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
