AboutThe Role
As a Reporting Analyst within the Sustainability team youll play a key role in shaping how we understand and manage our Anti-Money Laundering and Safer Gambling operations through data. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability this role is responsible for preparing analysing and presenting high-quality operational reporting that provides clear insight into performance trends risks and issues. Youll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure reporting not only supports compliance obligations but also drives action continuous improvement and better outcomes for customers.
ResponsibilitiesInclude:
- Collate analyse and visualise data to produce insightful AML and Safer Gambling operational reporting
- Build maintain and automate scalable data processes to support recurring and ad hoc reporting
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and governance through robust validation and quality controls
- Design maintain and evolve reporting frameworks including self-service reporting capability
- Develop dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI to clearly communicate insights
- Produce high-quality reporting for internal forums and key stakeholders
- Translate complex data into clear actionable insights that drive decision making
- Proactively identify trends risks and improvement opportunities through data-led investigation
