The Role
Assist in preparing reviewing and issuing reinsurance policy documentation (treaties and facultative contracts)
Maintain accurate policy records and ensure all data is entered correctly into internal systems
Support senior administrators with endorsements renewals and policy amendments
Monitor policy timelines including inception renewal and expiry dates
Coordinate with underwriting finance and claims teams to ensure consistency of policy information
Verify premium calculations terms and conditions for accuracy and completeness
Follow up on outstanding reinsurance premiums and ensure timely collection and settlement with brokers and reinsurers.
Handle routine correspondence with brokers clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Organize and archive documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or data issues in policy records
QualificationsThe Requirements
Bachelors degree in insurance risk management finance business administration or a related field
13 years of experience in insurance reinsurance or an administrative/operations role
Basic understanding of insurance/reinsurance principles (e.g. policies premiums endorsements)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Willingness to learn and develop within the reinsurance field
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
