About the role
You will work for the UK estate agency business in aclient servicesteam leader role working with JLL clients who are based across the world butpredominantly inthe UK the Middle EastChinaand South-East Asia.
Theobjectiveis to lead your team in generating instructions for our London sales and lettings agency offices by proactively farming a large database of property owners and investors.The majority ofyour work will be conducted by telephone from the office whilst managing and developing your teams performance. The role is commission-based so you should be a motivated salesperson with leadership capabilities.
You will be targeted on the number of instructions that you and your team generate and the amount of fee income that results from these instructions.
What this job involves
Targeting property owners currently marketed with other agents
Converting new prospective clients who havesubmittedenquiries
Maintaininghigh standardsof client service and ensuring JLL compliance
Coaching and developing team members to achieve individual and collective targets
Leading your team to generate appraisals and instructions from JLLs existing database
Managing team performance through regular reviewsmotivationand strategic planning
IdentifyingadditionalLondon properties owned by clients to grow the database and income stream
Sound like you To apply you need to be / have:
Strong sales skills witha track recordof exceeding targetsin phone-based roles
Positive proactive attitude with high resilience and ability to motivate others
Proven leadership experience within residential property environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of integrity suitable to the JLL brand
Familiarity with the London property market
