Location: Swindon Onsite
Shiftbased roles Permanent & FixedTerm contracts
Were building a pipeline of Manufacturing Technician Trainees for upcoming opportunities at Catalent Swindon.
About the Opportunity

As part of our Zydis Operations team Manufacturing Technician Trainees support the production of highquality pharmaceutical products in a cGMPregulated environment. This pipeline advert allows us to connect with candidates who are interested in joining us as future opportunities arise.
Potential Shift Patterns
Permanent Nights: 4 nights on / 4 days off (7:00pm7:00am)
Rotating Shifts: 2 days / 2 nights / 4 days off
What Youll Be Doing
Successful candidates joining this pipeline may be involved in:
Training across areas such as Dispense & Mixing Form Fill Freeze Sealing and Secondary Packaging
Operating production equipment and supporting efficient manufacturing operations
Following cGMP and SOP requirements and completing accurate batch documentation
Performing inprocess quality checks and supporting audits
Promoting safe working practices and wearing appropriate PPE
Supporting continuous improvement 5S and wastereduction initiatives
Developing skills over time with the opportunity to specialise in a key process area
Who Were Looking For
An interest in manufacturing or pharmaceutical production
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work as part of a team in a fastpaced regulated environment
