This is an entry-level hands-on role with opportunity for skill preparation (scraping sanding caulking masking priming)Assist with interior and exterior paintingSupport power washing projects (homes decks driveways buildings)Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sitesFollow safety protocols and supervisor directionOther duties as assignedQualifications Driver License requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical laborComfortable working indoors and outdoors in Michigan weatherReliable transportation to job sites across Downriver / SE MichiganStrong attendance and work ethicTeam-oriented and coachablePreferred QualificationsPrevious painting construction or general labor experienceFamiliarity with ladders hand tools and basic job site safetyWork EnvironmentResidential and commercial job sitesIndoor and outdoor workUse of ladders and standard painting equipment
