Job Description:

Level Description:

• 8 or more years of experience required.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Independently performs a variety of complex tasks; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and problems identify alternative solutions and conduct cost/benefit analysis for alternatives.
• Analyze user requirements procedures and problems to automate or improve existing computer systems.
• Collaborate with personnel from organizational units to analyze current operational procedures identify issues and learn specific input/output requirements.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs program functions and necessary steps to develop or modify computer programs.
• Review system capabilities specifications and scheduling limitations to determine if requested changes are feasible within existing systems.

Additional Job Details & Considerations:

• The contractor will support Data Engineering and Data Governance work in the SHARP program.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

• 10 years of experience using Informatica tools including Powercenter IICS IDMC MDM Axon EDC IDQ Customer360 Supplier360 Entity360.
• 10 years of experience establishing Master Data and Reference data for large organizations. Experience with Informatica MDM is preferred.
• 10 years of experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ.
• 4 years of experience working with enterprise-scale data sets in Snowflake.
• 2 years of experience with Python scripts for automation and interaction with APIs.

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A Masters degree or 6 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or public health is preferred.
• Experience at a state agency is preferred.
