27Remote work available after on-site training in La Crosse typically lasting 2-6 months (Must reside in Wisconsin Minnesota or Iowa)

Whats Available:
54 hours per pay period (27 hours weekly)
Rotating mix of day shifts (4:15 AM1:45 PM) and evening shifts (1:30 PM11:00 PM)
Every 3rd weekend and 3 holidays per holidays required
Remote work available after on-site training lasting typically 2-6 months (Must reside in Wisconsin Minnesota or Iowa)
Location: Onalaska for on-site training
What you will do:
Coordinates daily staffing operations to ensure optimal coverage based on skill mix priority and availability; collaborates closely with hospital leadership to meet immediate patient care needs.
Provides administrative support including timekeeping schedule adjustments data entry and policy compliance while maintaining excellent customer service and responsiveness.
Partner with clinical leadership to plan future staffing plans manage employee requests (ill calls shift pick-ups swaps) and ensure schedules remain within budget and departmental guidelines.
Answering phone calls and responding to staffing needs within the hospital efficiently while staying organized
What you need:
High School Diploma or equivalency
2 years of experience in an office setting or customer service position
Problem solving independent working and strong communication skills
Healthcare experience and strong computer skills preferred!
