Knowledge Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
- Completed Financial / Accounting Degree
- Chartered Accountant (SA) or CIMA qualification would be advantageous
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working and supporting a customer-facing / FMCG business with trade spend
Core Competencies & Skills
- Strong understanding of trade spend and the financial processes involved with a strong record of trade spend accomplishments
- Strong financial acumen including understanding of the P&L and which financial levers impact it
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound fact-based decision-making ability with a focus on delivering results
Technical Skills
- Superior computer skills including:
- Power BI
- SAP
- Advanced PowerPoint
- Excel

- Ability to influence across all levels
