The Role

We are seeking experienced Shaft Lining Operators to join our highperforming underground crews.

In this handson role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining shaft lining systems to ensure the structural integrity safety and longevity of mine shafts.

This is a fastpaced underground environment where safety precision and teamwork are critical.

Key Details

• Roster: 14 days on / 14 days off
• Employment Type: Fulltime permanent
• FIFO: From major Australian cities
• Accommodation & meals: Provided on site
• Pay: Competitive rates paid fortnightly

Responsibilities

• Install concrete steel or composite linings in mine shafts
• Operate shaft lining systems formwork and placement equipment
• Work with shotcrete grout and reinforcement materials
• Assist with shaft sinking and ground support activities
• Monitor and maintain correct alignment thickness and quality of lining installations
• Adhere to strict safety procedures in confined underground environments

Skills & Experience

• Underground mining or shaft sinking experience
• Sound knowledge of ground support and shaft lining systems
• Ability to operate specialised equipment
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

Qualifications / Requirements

• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current Police Clearance (within 6 months)
