We are hiring for our client a well-established market-leading manufacturer who are seeking an experienced Group HR Officer to join their team based in Lisburn Co. Antrim.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven HR professional to gain exposure across the full HR function within a fast-paced growing organisation. The Group HR Officer will support the Head of HR and partner with management teams across multiple sites delivering both operational and strategic HR support.

The Role
Provide HR advice and support to managers across multiple sites
Support employee relations matters including disciplinary grievance absence and redundancy
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and update HR policies in line with legislation and best practice
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture development
Support training and development planning across teams
Maintain HR systems reports and time & attendance data
Produce HR metrics and reports to support decision making
Assist in the delivery of HR strategy and organisational initiatives
The Person
CIPD qualified
35 years HR Officer experience ideally within a production led /manufacturing /engineering /construction /distribution environment
Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation
Experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing desirable)
Strong organisational communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware with a proactive hands-on approach
