With over 50 CNC machines in a 55000 sq ft facility we deliver high-quality precision components and assemblies for a wide range of industries. Were looking for a skilled and proactive Purchasing Agent to join our team and drive cost-effective sourcing strong vendor relationships and smooth project execution.

What Youll Do:

• Source raw materials tooling components and services to support CNC machining fabrication welding and assembly operations
• Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with domestic and international suppliers to secure the best total value
• Manage end-to-end procurement projects ensuring on-time delivery quality compliance and optimal inventory levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors including overseas suppliers
• Track market trends material pricing and supply chain risks to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate closely with production engineering quality and assembly teams

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in purchasing or supply chain roles ideally in a manufacturing or machining environment
• Strong sourcing negotiating and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Experience working with overseas vendors is a significant plus (import processes international logistics or supplier management)
• Proficiency with ERP systems or procurement software is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
