How Youll Help Transform Healthcare:

• Work under the supervision of the Research Director or designee to complete assigned duties specifically in the realm of Neurosurgery Research.
• Observe document and communicate work progress findings or issues to the Research Director or designee .
• Interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization using appropriate communication methods.
• Conduct research activities that result in data collection entry and analysis for publications
• Interact with research participants to collect data in clinic operating theater and other environments
• Collect and process research specimens for storage shipping and/or analysis
• Assist in writing and presenting research findings in meetings conferences grants or publications
• Participate in staff meetings project meetings and interdisciplinary discussions as requested.
• Proactively seek out learning opportunities manage time effectively and appropriately prioritize assignments.
• Follow all organizational policies procedures ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

What We Require:

Education: Bachelors Degree Required. Some internships may require a bachelors degree; or enrolled in and nearing completion of an undergraduate degree or terminal degree in a field relevant to the internship

Licensure certification and/or registration: Clinical interns may be required to be enrolled in an accredited professional program (e.g. pharmacy nursing allied health) and meet regulatory or licensure-related requirements.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work efficiently manage time wisely and follow policies and procedures with minimal supervision. Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated initiative professionalism and willingness to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
