Your Role

As an Architect in our Restoration & Renewal Practice you will evaluate existing buildings diagnose architectural and envelope deficiencies and support design strategies for renovations adaptive reuse and historic preservation projects. You will contribute to design development and technical documentation. With support from your team you will

work on projects in a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment ideal for architects eager to grow their technical creative and preservation focused skills.

What Youll Do

• Conduct evaluations of building envelopes interiors architectural systems including historic materials and assemblies.

• Prepare clear detailed reports drawings and visual documentation for project teams and clients.

• Participate in site inspections field testing and condition assessments.

• Collaborate with engineers contractors and clients to develop practical code-compliant solutions.

• Build your professional network and engage with the firms culture while practicing leadership behaviors like trust-building and effective communication.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Architecture; Masters degree preferred.

• Familiarity with building envelopes and architectural system design principles.

• Strong communication skills collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Detail-oriented approach and ability to apply architectural concepts carefully with sensitivity to historic contexts.
