Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership on employee relations performance management and organizational development
Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent
Oversee benefits administration leave management and HR process optimization
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on coaching performance conversations and employee development
Build and maintain scalable HR systems policies and compliance frameworks
Drive employee engagement initiatives recognition programs and company culture efforts
Coordinate and elevate training and professional development programs
Oversee office operations and cross-functional coordination ensuring efficiency and alignment
Act as a central connector across departments to support communication and problem-solving
Minium of an Associates degree required
Strong understanding of HR best practices compliance and employee lifecycle management
Proven track record of improving processes and driving accountability
High attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast-paced hands-on environment
Willingness to travel between five office locations as needed
