Your opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Briefing Specialist to join our this role you will serve as the primary liaison between our Sales teams and our highest-level stakeholders ensuring that every briefing is seamless strategic and impactful.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized and a great communicator. Youll work closely with sales teams and key stakeholders to support the creation of a premium experience that drives business growth strengthens key relationships and showcases product innovation. In this role you will manage multiple executive briefing events from start to finish acting as the point of contact to our sales and services counterparts. You will interact with all levels and roles of employees: CEO VPs Engineers Product Managers etc. and serve as an effective liaison between the account owner and the various Relics who are needed to fulfill the agenda for each briefing event. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco requiring an in-office presence for executive briefings and occasional travel to customer sites
What youll do
- Lead end-to-end guest experience from white-glove concierge service seamless arrival logistics premium catering management room setups and meticulous oversight of the briefing centers aesthetic and hospitality standards.
- Manage heavy scheduling across complex calendars ensuring all internal teams are confirmed and prepared for each segment of the briefing.
- Act as the central liaison between Account Owners and internal Relics. You will draft agendas secure speakers and ensure every session aligns with our customers strategic goals.
- Ability to juggle various competing timelines and ensure each event stays on track and on time.
- Executive presence and confidence to push back on account teams when necessary to ensure the best possible outcome for the briefing event and customers
- Provide immediate high-touch support for in-room AV technology to ensure a friction-less start to every presentation.
- Partner with building security and corporate safety teams to manage VIP access protocols ensuring a secure environment without compromising the guest experience.
- Manage additional special projects as needed
This role require
- 3 years relevant experience in executive briefing centers or events executive communications customer marketing event planning field marketing and/or sales enablement
- Experience working closely with Executive Level (VP C-Suite) customers and internal stakeholders required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional prioritization organization and project management skills who can execute with or without supervision
- Excellent communication skills interpersonal skills and writing skills
- Incredible attention to detail in all areas and in all work produced

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicants skills qualifications and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range
$77000 - $112000 USD
