Job Description:
Manage autonomously all types of campaign cases and accounts including joint Aircraft and Services campaigns through a broad spectrum of types of analyses enabled through mastery of all the necessary tools and techniques.
Perform with the necessary anticipation pro-active campaign planning and proactive definition of campaign strategy approach and direction fleet vision and framework of product pitch (key elements to demonstrate best airline fleet fit of Airbus products and establish favorable competitive position).
Identify needs for and manage efficiently support and expertise resources ensuring proper anticipation and sharing of campaign planning with all stakeholders
Interact with Customers: establish and maintain good relationships with customers; convey marketing argumentation to customer audience through documents presentations and other means and obtain data and information to enhance marketing analysis through customer interaction (add services add value selling )
For assigned projects co-operate and coordinate with Marketing and Commercial Account Directors and Services Sales Directors to contribute to campaign strategy development.
Interact with other areas in Marketing and internal Airbus teams to enhance and tailor marketing analysis and argumentation to drive the account strategy creation with a wider Customer facing team
Communicate campaign strategy to wider Airbus and ensure understanding the campaign strategy
Report and feedback internally. Maintain systematic feedback to the concerned Regional Airline Marketing Directors and Head of Marketing in the region; Write or contribute to required internal reports (Salesforce event reports after each visit Opportunity Plans campaign strategy) for the campaigns as well as Campaign Feedbacks. Contribute to Airbus product (aircraft and services) strategy development through market feedback as well as the Marketing surveys about campaign and product requirement including services.
Present high level Services material and customised material as appropriate to all the customers in his/her portfolio to support additional revenue opportunities and collect market feedback
For assigned projects cooperate and coordinate with Marketing Commercial Account Directors and Commercial Directors - Services to contribute to campaign strategy development
Value selling (if had tools & resources) Demonstrate value that products & services bring to the customer and ultimate positioning against the competition
