Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Sales Manager to be responsible for Robovehicles sales business development and partnerships management. You will manage and expand our automotive OEM and Tier 1 customer base across the entire spectrum from ADAS to Autonomous Vehicles. Key responsibilities include identification and successful execution from RFIs and RFQs to award nomination and expanding our global automotive ecosystem partnerships. This role will be based in the Mountain View and reporting into the Senior Director of Business Development.
What you will be doing:
- Establish new business opportunities through active customer acquisition building relationships with key decision makers and by utilizing your existing automotive network
- Ensure that Aeva is participating in all applicable automotive RFIs and RFQs worldwide
- Collaborate with technical program management systems engineering and our Tier 1 partners to establish efficient key account teams from RFI-stage to mass production
- Define and negotiate unit pricing one time-cost and terms for development and supply agreements together with our legal and finance teams
- Serve as the primary interface and expand Aevas partnerships with automotive Tier 1s
- Maximize customer satisfaction by being the voice and representative of your customers within Aeva
What you have:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Robotics and Automotive
- Should be comfortable with 25% travel
$125000 - $167800 a year
Salary pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range the successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills experience certifications qualifications relevant education or training and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future.
