Material Handler II Vault

Job Summary
Material Handler II supports daily inventory and material handling operations within the Vault by ensuring products totes and manifests are processed accurately and efficiently. This role assists with inventory movement tote distribution missing picks cycle counts and picking/put-away activities while also providing support to VAS Pre-Pack operations as needed. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail flexibility teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Vault Material Handling
- Utilize SAP (including T-code ZWCT) and LogixPro systems to print manifests
- Ensure tote manifests are correctly matched to tote license numbers
- Distribute and separate totes based on operational needs (missing picks engraving battery changes wholesale e-commerce bulk and multi-tote orders)
- Verify and route totes with missing picks back to the appropriate zones
- Maintain adequate availability of open totes to support daily operations
- Assist with organizing and moving products within the Vault to ensure efficient workflow
- Support cycle count picking and putting away operations from carousel and shelf locations with high accuracy as needed
- Collaborate with the Department Manager and team to maintain operational efficiency
- Assist with additional tasks special projects and cross-departmental support as needed
VAS Prepack Support as needed
- Supply boxes to workstations and transport materials within the department
- Deliver completed orders to the Quality Control (QC) station
- Support daily workflow and order flow including rush orders
Qualifications
- Ability to bend squat climb stairs go up and down ladders as well as push pull and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and adaptability skills
- Effective communication skills with diverse teams
- Positive team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments
- Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred
The hourly rate for this position will be $17.50. 18.50
