Job Summary
The exciting opportunity
- Option of part time (minimum 2 days) or full time
- Manage the day to day maintenance of our three storey 64 bed aged care facility in Mosman
- Responsible for minor carpentry plumbing and electrical tasks
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance tasks across buildings equipment and grounds
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests handling minor repairs and escalating complex issues

About you
- Proven experience in building property or facility maintenance ideally in aged care
- Hands on proactive respectful and with strong time management and organisational skills
- Friendly flexible and delivers excellent customer service
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Police Clearance and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia and an unrestricted drivers license
