Program Manager II, Amazon Now 10 minute deliery (Quick Commerce)

As part of the program management team for Amazon Now this role sits at the center of one of the companys highest-priority fast-scaling businesses.

We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity operates with exceptional discipline and brings strong analytical and communication skills to drive critical initiatives.

You will work directly with senior leadership owning high-impact programs that cut across supply chain operations category and product teams. This role requires the ability to influence without formal authority manage multiple stakeholders and ensure rigorous execution in a dynamic high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate is deeply organized detail-oriented and capable of structuring complex problems into clear actionable insights. Top notch written communication and strong analytics skills are essential as this role will involve frequent synthesis of data into leadership-ready narratives and decision-making inputs.

Key job responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management for high-priority strategic initiatives within Amazon Now
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (operations supply chain product category finance) to align on goals timelines and execution plans
Build and manage detailed program trackers ensuring milestones risks and dependencies are proactively identified and mitigated
Influence stakeholders without direct authority to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of key initiatives
Own weekly/monthly business reviews including data analysis metric tracking and creation of leadership-ready documents
Leverage analytics to generate insights identify performance gaps and support data-driven decision making
Draft crisp high-quality written communications (WBRs MBRs PRFAQs strategy docs) for senior leadership
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable mechanisms to enhance execution efficiency
Operate effectively in a high-ambiguity fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities simultaneously

About the team

Project Tez

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
