Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support MIS reporting automation initiatives and Power BI dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Excel a good understanding of business processes and a continuous improvement mindset.

This role will also require leveraging modern AI tools to enhance productivity automate repetitive tasks and generate insights faster.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain periodic MIS reports

- Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports

- Provide ad-hoc analysis for management

2. Automation & Process Improvement

- Identify automation opportunities

- Develop solutions using Excel VBA Power BI Power Automate AI Tools

- Improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

3. Power BI Development

- Develop dashboards and reports

- Perform data modeling and DAX calculations

- Translate business requirements into dashboards

4. AI-Driven Productivity

- Use AI tools (ChatGPT etc.) for automation and insights

- Improve reporting efficiency using AI

- Explore new tools for productivity enhancement

5. Data Management & Integration

- Work with ERP data (SAP and SFDC preferred)

- Ensure data validation and integrity

- Support data integration via APIs/OData

6. Stakeholder Coordination

- Work with Finance Sales and Operations teams

- Translate requirements into solutions

- Present insights clearly

Required Skills:

- Advanced Excel (Power Query Power Pivot and formulas)

- Power BI (DAX dashboards)

- Automation tools (Power Automate or equivalent)

- AI tools awareness (must have)

- ERP exposure (SAP and SFDC preferred)

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical ability

- Quick learner

- Good communication

- Ownership mindset

Preferred:

- Commerce/Finance/IT degree

- Real Estate/Finance domain experience
