Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Scottsboro AL for a 14-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating planning and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility reduce pain and restore function.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and modalities as appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans home exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama
• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospital outpatient or rehabilitation setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
