Pet Care Specialist (Dog Walker Pet Sitter) – Part-Time Mornings (Elmhurst Area)

Floofins & Company is a family-owned professional dog walking and pet-sitting company serving Elmhurst and surrounding communities. We are hiring a part-time Pet Care Specialist to join our morning team.

Note: This is a combined role -- all Pet Care Specialists perform both dog walking and in-home pet sitting as part of their regular route.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private neighborhood dog walks in Elmhurst and nearby areas
• Provide in-home pet sitting including feeding fresh water and litter care
• Administer pet medications when required
• Send real-time visit updates and photos to clients through our mobile app
• Maintain a reliable consistent daily route across a split morning shift

Requirements

• Consistent morning availability Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Reliable personal transportation and a reasonable commute to the Elmhurst area service region
• Punctual dependable and comfortable working independently in all weather
• Ability to commit for 6-12 months
• Holiday availability required (pet care continues on major holidays)
• Must be willing to complete reference checks a background check and a drug screening
