Job Summary
Essential Functions
Host prospective students families and guests by delivering campus tours tailored to their interests. Provide a high level of customer service ensuring a positive visit experience. Assist with office operations including data entry and processing mailings. Assist with college-wide events such as New Student Welcome. Maintain the confidentiality of student staff and institutional information in compliance with FERPA and College policies. Handle sensitive information with discretion ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times. Safeguard records files and communications that contain confidential or proprietary information. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students faculty members and college employees feel welcomed valued and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment. Support the Colleges policies and programming related to access fair employment and equal opportunities for all.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age Must be a current student dual credit student or have taken courses at SCC in the past twelve (12) months
