Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a driven and detailoriented administrative professional to join our Legal Services team as an Executive Assistant. Whats Available:

• Starting wage of $25.38/hr more for experience!

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly) full-time benefit eligible

• Monday-Friday dayshift hours between 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.

• Location: La Crosse WI

What youll do:

• Provide advanced administrative support to the Co-Chief Legal Officer as well as others on the legal team

• Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Compile information for reports and presentations preparing charts graphs or tables as needed

• Help prepare meetings and special events assist with calendar management collaborate closely with a team take meeting-minutes and support various projects within the department

What youll need:

• Associates degree in business or related field

• 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity

• Ability to work on-site in La Crosse WI

• Strong communication computer and collaboration skills preferred
