Patient education with Chemo talks. Work closely with the Infusion and Radiation teams to coordinate patient care. The nurses work directly with Physicians to coordinate patient care. They support the APPs. Track INR patients with labs and meds. Follow Iron infusion patients. Oncology experience needed. RNs: ICU/IMCU/Med Surg/ED/Birthing will need one reference from their most recent assignment or perm position. Locals accepted at lower BR.
