Job Description

The Mechanical Engineering organization is seeking skills engineers to lead hardware design development and production of critical defense systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise mechanical hardware design experience system integration skills and a strong background in program execution and production support.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with concept definition through detailed design transition to production and production support.
• Hands-on expertise with 3D CAD design tools and related product data management tools.
• Knowledge of CREO and GD&T.
• STEM degree with 5-10 years of experience.
• At least 1 year of Defense in your background.

Desired Skills

• Experience in design fabrication and integration of electronic assemblies shelter assemblies power distribution equipment packaging.
• Demonstrated team player a self-driven leader with excellent collaboration skills interpersonal skills ana positive interactions in a teaming environment.
• Prior leadership of small to mid-sized technical teams.
