Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This role assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness organization and guest satisfaction throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and training housekeeping team members
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Support scheduling staffing and daily room assignments
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and coordinate ordering
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies safety standards and brand guidelines
- Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Assist with performance evaluations and team development
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
