The Role
The Wellbeing Associate Consultant supports the delivery and growth of WTWs wellbeing advisory offering. The role supports the development of client solutions and thought leadership materials and participates in client engagements focused on improving employee wellbeing across physical emotional financial and social dimensions.
As part of the Health & Benefits team the role contributes to the delivery of high-quality service professional advice & support across WTWs solutions.
Responsibilities
Support the development of thought leadership materials and contribute to market updates for clients
Support client engagements related to wellbeing strategy development wellbeing calendar design and implementation
Participate in client meetings workshops and presentations supporting discussions on wellbeing initiatives and solutions.
Support the assessment and evaluation of wellbeing vendors and solutions across different wellbeing dimensions.
Maintain an uptodate understanding of the wellbeing vendor landscape and emerging market solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues across Health & Benefits and broader team to support integrated client solutions

Qualifications
The Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in business management or a related field.
2-5 years relevant experience in employee benefits health and wellbeing or a related domain preferred.
Experience working in a service-focused or client-facing environment.
Strong analytical and project management skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
High-energy individual looking for a dynamic growth-oriented environment
Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Strong interest in employee wellbeing solutions
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
