Reports to:Revenue Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator based in Gurugram (hybrid working model) to support our commercial operations team.

This role involves CRM administration Salesforce configuration data management reporting and user support ensuring the system is reliable accurate and easy to use for sales teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CRM data maintaining data quality building reports and dashboards and supporting internal users while working closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams.

This is a hands-on role ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop experience in Salesforce CRM systems data analysis reporting and business operations support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & System Ownership

  • Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce as the core CRM platform
  • Configure fields page layouts workflows validation rules and basic automations
  • Manage user access roles and permissions
  • Implement changes and enhancements as defined byRevOpsand the Salesforce Architect
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support users to ensure smooth operation

DataQuality & Maintenance

  • Support data hygiene processes including de-duplicationstandardisation and updates
  • Assistwith data uploads and ongoing maintenance
  • Ensure required fields and basic validation rules are functioning correctly
  • HelpmaintainSalesforce as a reliable source of pipeline and customer data

Reporting &Support

  • Build andmaintainstandard Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Support sales and commercial teams with reporting needs
  • Ensure reports areaccurateand aligned to defined business metrics

User Support & Enablement

  • Provide first-line support to Salesforce users
  • Assistwith onboarding basic training and documentation
  • Promote consistent system usage and best practices
  • Act as a point of contact for user queries and feedback

Continuous Improvement

  • Identifyopportunities to improve usability and efficiency
  • Support rollout of new features and enhancements
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in system adoption and effectiveness

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 02years experiencein Salesforce CRM systems or similar role
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in systems and data
  • Basic understanding of reporting and data structures
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
