Role Overview
Were seeking a Market Research & Outreach Associate to join our growth this role you will research target markets and organizations to inform highly personalized outreach. Rather than relying on generic campaigns your mission is to make outreach feel human - crafting thoughtful communications that capture attention and build genuine connections with prospective partners.
Youll combine market research creativity and communication to engage the right people at the right organizations. The role also requires confidence in navigating pushback and handling objections while maintaining professionalism and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on target markets organizations and industry trends (e.g. state-level legislation healthcare regulations or relevant press).
Identify key contacts within target accounts and craft personalized outreach tailored to their context.
Design and execute thoughtful multi-channel engagement sequences including email phone outreach and follow-up touches.
Maintain organized outreach tracking and manage intentional follow-up cadences to nurture conversations over time.
Handle objections and pushback professionally adapting messaging and articulating thoughtful responses.
Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to refine messaging share insights from conversations and improve outreach strategy.
Continuously look for creative ways to capture attention and humanize outreach.
Meticulously document contact conversations collaborating closely with the Growth team in CRM.

A strong communicator who enjoys writing thoughtful emails and engaging people in conversation.
Curious and research-driven - you enjoy digging into organizations markets and trends to find meaningful angles for outreach.
Resilient and confident handling objections or skepticism while maintaining a positive tone.
Organized and proactive capable of managing outreach activity and follow-ups over time.
Creative and thoughtful - you understand that great outreach is personal relevant and human.
Preferred Experience
13 years of experience in sales development business development marketing recruiting or research roles
Experience conducting account research and identifying decision-makers
Experience with personalized outreach (email phone or LinkedIn)
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
