The Role

FocusKPI is an AI/ML consulting team helping companies design and build custom AI agent solutions. Were looking for a full-time Business Operations Intern to jump into the work running outreach campaigns following up with leads and keeping our client relationships strong.

No heavy experience required. What matters is that youre curious fast-moving and genuinely excited about AI.

Youll be doing real work writing real emails running real campaigns and talking to real clients. If you want to learn what it feels like to work inside an AI-focused startup and actually contribute from day one this is for you.

What Youll Actually Do

• Run email outreach campaigns sequences follow-ups and responses to prospects
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels (posts newsletters updates)
• Own all follow-ups no lead goes cold no client feels ignored
• Maintain client relationship touchpoints check-ins recaps status updates
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT Claude or whatever works) to speed up copy research and workflows

What Were Looking For

• You actually use AI in your daily work real shortcuts that save you real time
• You have a basic understanding of AI agents you dont need to build them but you should know what they are and how theyre being used
• You launch see whats working and adjust fast you dont overthink before taking action
• Organized and proactive you follow up without being told
• Clear communicator in English
• College student or recent grad hunger and curiosity matter more than credentials or years of experience
