Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Developing implementing and monitoring behavior support plans including functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Providing direct clinical support within day programs to ensure strategies are practical and effective
- Partnering with program staff to support consistent implementation of behavior supports
- Reviewing data monitoring progress and making adjustments to improve outcomes
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including families and external partners as needed
- Supporting staff during complex or escalated behavioral situations
- Promoting independence inclusion and quality of life in community-based settings
- Ensuring services are aligned with clinical ethical and regulatory standards
What to Expect In This Role
- This is not a remote position and requires regular on-site presence in programs
- You will be working directly with staff and individuals in a hands-on environment
- The role is focused on clinical support and collaboration not supervision or staff management

Qualifications :
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:
Option 1: BCBA Track
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
Option 2: Licensing Track
- Current Licensed Psychologist (LP) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or other qualifying California licensure (must be independent license)
- Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
General Requirements (all candidates):
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related clinical field
- Strong clinical judgment communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standards
- Valid drivers license and active auto insurance
