Regional Operations Manager

As the Regional Operations Manager (Corporate) youll be the driving force behind operational excellence across a region of GYG restaurants leading coaching and developing a team of Senior Culinary & Operations Coaches and Culinary & Operations Coaches to deliver exceptional food outstanding guest experiences and strong commercial results.

You will translate state strategy into clear consistent execution build high-performing teams and ensure there is no compromising on food safety quality and operational standards.

Who you are:

• Experienced multi-site leader in QSR hospitality or food & beverage - youve lead managers before.
• Passionate about delivering culinary excellence and high quality outcomes - youre willing to roll up your sleeves and execute.
• A natural coach who builds capability holds teams accountable and develops people for future roles.
• Commercially sharp - experienced in driving sales labour and profitability outcomes.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels.
• Experience translating strategy into operational execution across multiple locations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A true GYG brand advocate who leads by example.
• Tech-savvy across Microsoft Office and quick to adopt GYG systems (Crunchtime Workday Tanda etc.).
• Holds a valid Australian drivers licence with ability and willingness to travel intrastate and interstate.
• Knowledgeable on compliance: RSA Food Safety visa requirements Awards/EAs and WHS obligations
